1. All the factory resources of raw materials are stable, our QC team checks their production regularly.
2. Each batch of raw material is recorded and tested by our team all the time. If happen over 1% defective products, we will test more and replace with new ones. If happen over 10% defective products, we will send all raw materials back and get new ones. Defective products Including but not limited to bad logo print, chromatic aberration of heat transfer print, scratch of griptapes, broken maple,etc.
3. During production, there are 2 Supervisors check every procedure constantly and workers' assemable skill.
4. After production, We will check different batch of finished products with clients details. If happen defective products, we can check with exact worker for more information and improve production results.
5. Factory manager and one warehouse worker will check delivery and stock well regularly.
